As expected, the max temperature for cities decreased the farther away that city is from the equator (0 degrees latitude). Interestingly, the southern hemisphere does not appear to get colder quite as quickly as northern hemisphere as the distance from the equator increases. However, it is important to note that the the southern hemisphere is about to enter Fall, while the northern hemisphere is about to enter Spring.
