Cloudiness

There appears to be only a slight relationship between latitude and cloudiness. We can tell that it is slightly more likely that a city with a latitude of 40 plus degress is more likley to have significant cloudiness, while a city right at the equator is more likely to have fewer clouds. Also interesting is that cloudiness percentages tend to be in increments of 20.
